The deadline for entry is June 26, 2026. To enter, upload the form below. Entry fee of $30.00 and copy of birth certificate will be collected at first meeting, on July 1, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Expo Hall at the Vanderburgh 4-H Center.

The Vanderburgh County Fair Queen Pageant is an opportunity for young women from across the county to come together for a unique and exciting experience. Contestants learn valuable life skills by sharpening their interview abilities, build courage by speaking publicly, and become more confident in who they are as an individual. Additionally, many of the ladies often walk away with new lifelong friends.



Throughout the program, all of our contestants have the chance to be part of special Fair events, including Fun Fair Activities, Frog Jumping Contest, and passing out grand champion ribbons to 4-H members at Livestock Competitions, and many more! The newly crowned queen will represent the Vanderburgh County Fair during our annual 6-day event and throughout the year at other special events. She will also be eligible to compete in the Miss Indiana State Fair Program in January 2027. The first runner-up will be eligible to compete in the Indiana State Festivals Association Scholarship pageant in November 2026.
